1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Digiteers AS (org.nr 916 203 950), a company registered in Norway, operating Impulse AI.

By downloading, installing, or using Impulse AI ("Impulse", "the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Impulse is an AI-powered personal transformation tool. The service includes:

Capturing and classifying personal impulses (clearings and manifestations)
AI-driven session guidance and transformation processes
Pattern analysis and AI-generated insights
Check-ins, momentum tracking, and presence mapping

3. AI-generated content

AI-generated content within Impulse, including insights, session guidance, pattern analysis, and summaries, is provided solely for personal reflection.

All guidance, insights, and reflections in Impulse AI are generated by artificial intelligence, not authored by humans. This content:

Does not replace professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice
Is not a clinical diagnosis or treatment recommendation
May be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services immediately.

You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content in Impulse.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Impulse offers paid subscription plans managed via Apple App Store In-App Purchases.
Pricing is displayed before purchase.
A free trial period may be offered to new subscribers.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

5. Your content

You own all content you create in Impulse, including impulses, notes, and session responses.

By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service. Your content is:

Not used for advertising
Not sold to third parties
Not used for AI model training

6. Account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Impulse.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete account.
Account deletion permanently removes all your data within 30 days.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Impulse for any illegal purpose
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use automated systems or bots to access the service
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service

8. Limitation of liability

Impulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You use the service at your own discretion.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett).
